In
the 1920s and 1930s the fashionable style was called
Art Deco. The people who designed and made Art Deco
objects got their ideas from lots of places, from nature,
from ancient civilisations and other countries.
Make your own head-dress inspired by some of the objects in the V&A Art Deco exhibition. Look at the fantastic objects and choose your favourite shapes. You can colour and decorate Art Deco fans, birds and flowers and construct a fabulous Egyptian style head-dress, like a pharaoh.
Download the PDF here and print out pictures and instructions to make your own head-dress.
