China Teapot Mothering Sunday card

What you need to make 1 card

• 1 x 2 finger Kitkat
• 1 x teabag
• Strong card (A3 size) and C4 envelope
• Teapot template (download here)
• Strong double sided tape
• Fabric scraps and ribbons or scrapbooking papers (fancy wrapping paper would be just as good)

 

Instructions

• Fold the A3 card into half to A4 (if you only have A4 card, then tape two pieces together along the long edges). Using the teapot template (download here) trace this onto the folded card with the dotted line (the handle) on the fold.
• On the outside (the front and back of the teapot) write 'Handmade by . . . ' or similar on the left, then decorate the right hand side with fancy paper etc to make it look like a china teapot.
• On the inside of the card stick the Kitkat and teabag on the left with the double sided tape, and write a message to your mum on the right.
• Fold the card and put it in the envelope and address it to your mum.
