First Response courses

Surrey East runs regular First Response (First Aid) courses for its members.

Please note that all course places must be pre-booked - you cannot simply turn up on the day (there won't be enough biscuits for a start!)

First Response courses are of three types.

• Full (6 hours) - for beginners, ie new Leaders gaining their qualification.
• Renewal (2 hours) - for people wishing to renew their First Response qualification - every three years.
• Refresher (3½ hours) - a Renewal but covering more subjects that the normal Renewal - almost a Full course but delivered in a shorter time, as those attending must have previously attended a Full course.

 

Training Waiting/Wish List At the moment there are no First Response courses decided, but we will be setting some days for the next academic year soon. To help us meet the needs within the County, we'd like you to complete our waiting/wish list form which will help us plan the locations of forthcoming courses.

With your name on our Wish list, as new courses are arranged you will be amongst the first to be notified, before any general publicity, and thus you will have first choice of a place.

 

NB Our booking agents, Eventbrite, have recently made a significant change to their system and you will be asked to provide a password on booking. You do not need to complete this as it is only relevant to a feature we will not be using at this time - simply leave the password fields blank please. Also ignore any emails direct from Eventbrite that are not related to your application - our 'free' use of their service results in this unsolicited advertising.
