Surrey East runs regular Training courses in a variety of relevant subjects for its members.

Some are grouped together in what are known as 'Leader' Training Days', and there are also Evening Trainings - in both cases a number of different subjects are offered.

A major Leaders' Training Day is held every year with a wide variety of courses and experiences offered. Additionally there will be other days when trainings specific to those on Leadership qualifications will be offered with elements relevative to each section.

First Response trainings are usually held 'stand alone', although they too can be part of a Leaders' Training Day.
