Do you want to know how long you need to keep forms and other records? If so go to the following link on the Guiding UK website. Login to the Members area, then select Guiding Manual/Supporting Info and Record Keeping (http://guidingmanual.guk.org.uk/supporting_info/record-keeping.aspx), and then you will find the information. Most importantly, you must hold the 'Starting' forms for seven years from the date of the last subs received.
