It was a sunny day in September that guides from Surrey East came together at Faurefold for an outdoor day.  Activities included a wide game for all the units to take part in.

Then the guides were able to choose from a variety of outdoor activities including a blind trail in the woods, campfire cooking, axing, sawing and whittling.

Some opted to re-paint the shed, paint matching chairs, or add painted pebbles to the sculpture whilst others were totally absorbed by building a fairy castle from an old tree stump.

It was a marvellous day enjoyed by all.

Our thanks to Val, Roo, Margaret the team for organising this event and to all the volunteers including those pictured below who helped with all the activities and in making the day so lovely for the guides.
